Currrently, SearchDisc is compatible with Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000, Macintosh, Linux, Unix/Solaris, AIX, SGI, Open VMS, and other Unix-based operating systems.

ASTAware SearchDisc V.3.1 enables the CD-ROM publisher, while creating the CD, to allow the end user to simultaneously search the CD-ROM and a single or multiple servers across enterprises, providing as search results both static information on the CD-ROM and current information on the web servers running ASTAware SearchKey PRO. ASTAware SearchKey PRO V.3.1 can perform searches across your enterprise on multiple servers and platforms using its cascading search feature. The query can target unlimited numbers of servers within your enterprise and/or outside servers(ASTAware SearchKey PRO must run on each server in order to cascade), the search results will be consolidated in a single result set, on a single page, and will be categorized per server.
